A Typical set of plans contains a Foundation plan/Basement plan, Floor plan(s), Exterior Elevations and a roof plan. Three full sets of the plans are included in a typical set.
.32 cents or less per. sq. ft. of finished floor area.
Foundation/Basement Plan-Most plans are available with a slab or crawl space foundation. Optional walk-out basement or full basement available if plan allows.
Floor Plan(S)- Each home plan includes the floor plan showing the dimension location of walls doors and windows.
Elevations- All plans include the exterior elevations (front, rear, right and left) that show and describe the finished material, roof pitches and slopes.
Roof plan- This is a "birds eye" view showing the roof slopes, ridges and valleys.
