We can alter an existing plan or design from scratch. The design process may include meetings with the Client. During the first meeting the Schematic design will be established this includes a discussion about the clients wants and needs of the design. In the second meeting, the clients will be presented with a floor plan. From this drawing the sizes all aspects of the home will be established as well as locations of all rooms, windows, doors and any other important information to the drawing.
